• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 11pm, Check Out before 11.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No our buffet breakfast (with hot drinks, cereals, brioches, bread and so on) is not included in the room price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes of course, you will settle the extras (mini bar and so on) when departing.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French, English, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel is on the ground floor therefore there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All rooms open on the central patio.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  They are all non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes we have with satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are equipped with air conditioning or fan.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No we do not. But the premises are equipped with WiFi.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes there is it is opened from April to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes,there is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent one at Arles.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes there are at Saintes 2 km away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  There is Listel and Costieres wineyards.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Nimes Garrons' and Montpellier's airports.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Yes it is Les Raseteurs.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Arles's.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  We only welcome very well behaved dogs (we have an internal rules regarding the way they should be looked after) at an extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  The hotel is equipped with WiFi.
