A deposit will be charged at the moment of the reservation on your credit card and will be NOT REFUNDABLE (arrhes non remboursables) : for all reservation of 1 night, the all amount of the stay For more than 1 night, 50% of the total amount of the stay In case of late cancellation : Less than 30 days before the arrival, l'hotel will keep the deposit Less than 7 days before the arrival, the total amount will be charged In case of no show, all the amount will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 720 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
