- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, breakfast is not included in the price.
We serve American or Continental breakfast. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, as you prefer. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
At the reception, we speak English, German, Italian and Spanish - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 3 floors at the hotel and a lift. The appartment is on the 3rd. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, all our rooms are very romantic! - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes, the apartment and the junior suite n° 30 have one. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

No, we do not. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, we have the local channels + CNN, National geographic and Eurosport. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

Nimes Arles-Camargue (22 km). It's a National Airport. For the international, it is better to land at Marseille or Montpellier. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?

The hotel is located in the historic centre of Arles and there are no bus stops nearby, but the central station is at
5 mn walk. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Arles railway station (2 km). - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, pets are welcomed. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
