- At what time can we check-in and out?

The price is per room in the hotel, per apartment for the residence. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is not included in the price. You can have buffet breakfast in the restaurant or have also room service. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can in the hotel but you will have to settle all extras before departure. Regarding the residence, you will have to settle the bill before arriving. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak French, English, German and Italian. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
We have 6 floors and an elevator. One floor is without elevator. Our residence has 1 floor and no elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All rooms are nice, those with the panoramic view have a fantastic view. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes, the hotel rooms on the seaside have a terrace. Most flats of the residence have either a patio (groundfloor apartments) or a terrace (1st floor apartment). - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No they do not. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes we do have non smoking rooms. In the residence, there are no non-smoking flats. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes there is, there are international channels ( BBC, CNN ZDF) in the hotel rooms. In the residence, TV is charged extra and also features international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes there is in the hotel rooms. There is also in the residence, the telephone line is open on request though. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
There is air conditoning in the village side rooms. There is no air conditioning in the flats and seaside rooms. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we have a business center and Internet in the hotel rooms. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes there is, the ocean water swimming pool is open from June to September to which both hotel and residence guests can go. - Is parking or garage available?
Parking is not just outside the hotel's door but at about 500m. Regarding the residence, we have a parking area guarded at night (extra charge). - Where can we rent a car?
At the airport. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes there are. - Which is the nearest airport?
It is Toulon/Hyeres's airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No we don't. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
It is in Giens. - Which is the nearest railway station?
It is Hyeres's. - How far away is the beach?
It is just a few meters away. - Is the beach private or public?
It is a public beach. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Yes they are (extra charge), except next to the swimming pool. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes there is. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes you can in the hotel rooms. In the residence flats you need to have the line opened.
