- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
The breakfast is a buffet and it is not included in the price of bedroom. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can pay on arrival. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
French, English, German and Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There is a ground floor and a first floor accessed via a staircase. No lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All bedrooms are pretty quiet and private since there are only 27 bedrooms. Upstairs bedrooms have private loggia. The suite is the most private and romantic and highly recommended. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes they all do. Dowstairs bedrooms have direct access to the pool from their private terraces. Upstairs, each bedroom loggia is covered overlooking the garden and pool. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Yes, they do. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
There is a TV in each bedroom with international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, each bedroom has a telephone with direct dialling. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
There is a hot/cold air conditioning system allowing to adjust the temperature according to the season. There is no extra charge for it. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes we do have Internet/e-mail points in the property and some bedrooms enjoy wi-fi Internet access. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
There is a large outdoor swimming pool, heated so it can be used all year long. - Is parking or garage available?
There is a private, secure carpark. - Where can we rent a car?
Arles offers a selection of rental cars companies. More information at the reception's desk. - Which is the nearest airport?
Marseille and Nīmes airports. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not.
We do not offer that service - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is on the main road (500 metres). - Which is the nearest railway station?
Arles' railway station is within walking distance from the hotel. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
There is not such facility on the property but you can find it in town. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, they are welcome (There is a daily extra charge to pay). - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
We do not have a restaurant in the property but many are a short walking distance in the town of Arles. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, most bedrooms offer that service. We also have WIFI connection.
