  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In any time until 8.30pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No it is not. A complete breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00am, in the garden or in the dining-room depending the weather.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak Italian, French , English and German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There is 1 floor and no lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms are romantic.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Yes our Bastide rooms do have.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No they do not.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No we do not have special non-smoking rooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    Yes there is, with international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes there is, in almost every room.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we have Wi-Fi at the reception.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes there is. It is open from April until October.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes a carpark is at your disposal, accessible apart from the opening hours from the reception with an access code.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    At Avignon.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    It is Avignon airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No we do not.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    It is Saint Remy's city center.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    It is Avignon railway station.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes we do welcome pets (extra charge).
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes there is.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, there is Internet access in the rooms.
