• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: 3pm (unless room is ready before 3pm)
  You may also arrive in the morning and leave your luggage
  with us.
  Check-out time is 12am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All the prices quoted are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Any problem, if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Property has 2 floors in the 2 buildings
  Elevators in all buildings.
  5 rooms of 1st floor and 1 room on 2nd floor not accessible by lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet (no room giving onto the street).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The superior terrace rooms are all with terrace overlooking the garden and the Alpilles.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The superior terrace rooms are all with terrace overlooking the garden and the Alpilles.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have a satellite TV
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, plus one extra plug for modem connection.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are with AC (no extra cost).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  One high speed internet computer dedicated to our customer (4 euro charge).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  2 outdoor swimming pool (one 4x5 and one 14mx14m)
  open subject to weather condition.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Free secure car park inside the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  St remy or avignon tgv station.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  plenty...
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Avignon 20km, Nimes 45km, Marseille 80 km
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  NO
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  St Remy de provence (closeby to the hotel) connection to Avignon
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Avignon
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No but a masseuse is available
• Are pets welcome?

• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes : Franco Japanese restaurant
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes (however it does happen that certain computer cannot obtain a connection...)
