- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Prices are per night and per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Prices are per room only and exclude the breakfast. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Of course you can, you can settle the bill whenever you want. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak Italian, English and Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 3 floors in the building, and we have one lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
None of our room is more romantic than another as all rooms are similar. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No they do not. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No they do not. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes we do. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes there is. We have satellite TV in all rooms. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes there is. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
There is a possibility to connect to a low speed Internet connection. You need to have your own low speed subscription to connect. Otherwise you can also use for a nominal fee the computer of the reception. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes there is. - Is parking or garage available?
We have a private underground parking available for our customers (extra fee). Otherwise our guests can park in the street. - Where can we rent a car?
In Aix en Provence city center, you will find rent a car agencies. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Marseilles Marignane. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not run a pickup or shuttle service on our own. Shuttle buses are departing from Aix en Provence bus station. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
It is called "Stade Ouest" and it is just nearby. Line number 6 passes by. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Aix en Provence railway station is located just few minutes away from the city center. For high speed train, there is the Aix en Provence TGV station outside the city. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
We have a fitness center with a sauna and a gym with exercise facilities. - Are pets welcome?
Yes they are, at a nominal fee. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes we have. It is called "La Rose des Vents". You will find there hot and cold French food buffets. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
yes you can connect to our low speed connection yet you need to have your personal low speed subscription and your laptop.
