• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is a buffet, is not included and is free for children (less than 12 years old).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, Italian and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are four floors and we do have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are private and quiet rooms, specially the ones facing the courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Two rooms do have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do: two non smoking floors are available.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a satellite TV (some channels: BBC, TVE, Rai Uno...)
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct telephone in all the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in all the rooms, during 6 months (from April to September).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We do have an Internet point with an access by cards sold at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A private closed parking under the hotel is available at an extra cost.
• Where can we rent a car?
  All the rental agencies are in the centre of the city.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Tours airport is 8 kilometres far from the city centre.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Taxis can desserve the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just in front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Tours 800 metres from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome at an extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but you have a lot of restaurants on the street, in front and close to the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
