• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Yhe price is per studio or apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the breakfast is in extra and it's a buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it's possible to pay the day of your arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have two floors in the first building with no elevator.
  In May we will have a new building with an elevator (2 floors).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our studios or apartement are private and quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All our studios or apartement don't have a private terrace. But we have a big central courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there is only the big central courtyard.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have non smoking apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our studios or apartement are equiped with TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct telephone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning for the moment.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is no internet access for the moment.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a private parking at 150 m from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may rent a car in Colmar.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  We have a small shop, bakery, chemist in Bergheim.
  For a big supermarket, it's about 10 minutes by car in Ribeauvillé.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Our hotel is in the vineyards.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Strasbourg is the closest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have a shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bergheim is the nearest bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Selestat or Colmar.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center in the property.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, we ask only a small fee per pet.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot connect the modem from the rooms.
