• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 4pm until 8.30pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is by room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included. It's a continental breakfast that you can compose yourself.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you may settle the bill upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two flooors and a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are very quiet but we have not any specifically nuptial rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No the rooms have no terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No the rooms have no balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No we do not have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms are fitted with flat screens and some of them are receiving international channels (cnn, skynews..)
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is a direct dial phone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in the rooms depending ont the weather outside: You can regulate it yourself and there is not extra charge for that.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have a free Wifi connexion and a computer is at your disposal freely.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No there is no swimming pool in the hotel.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a closed and private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may rent a car at the airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The Rodez-Marcillac Airport is at 10 mns from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No there is no shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is at 200m for the shuttle which goes to the city center.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is is the Rodez Station at 2 kms from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there is no fitness center in the property.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome without extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there is a room service.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes there is an internet Wifi connection from the rooms.
