By plane: Aeroport Lyon-Saint Exupery is the terminal serving Lyon. It is placed at a distance of 20 kilometres from the city and there are direct connections on public transport (the airport actually has its own station, Gare de Lyon Saint-Exupery). Both regional and international flights land at this terminal.
By car: Aeroport Lyon-Saint Exupery is placed 35 kilometres from the property (30 minutes driving). Take roads D29, A432 and A43/E611. Get off at "PARIS/ ROANNE/ LYON-CENTRE/ PÉRIPHÉRIQUE-NORD/ PORTE DE LA PAPE" and continue along D383. Take the exit for EXIT 6A/ ROANNE/ LYON-CENTRE and continue along Boulevard Laurent Bonnevay. Finally, turn left in Boulevard des Belges and keep on straight till number 24.
By train: At Aeroport Lyon-Saint Exupery, there are shuttle services leaving every 20 minutes to downtown Lyon. You can get off at station Part-Dieu: it is a 35 minutes long trip and the station is only 10 minutes walking from the hotel.
If you arrive at Part-Dieu station, take the metro (line B) up to Charpennes -second stop-, then change to line A (direction Perrache) and descend at the second stop, Foch. Afterwards you can take a taxi or walk the remaining blocks till the hotel (it is 8 minutes on foot from the inn). From Perrache station, take the metro (line A direction Laurent Bonnevay) and descend at Foch, which is the fifth stop. |
