Facilities within the Property

 
The Baie des Voiles offers you a terrace or a private garden with view over the lake. For your comfort there are a lounge, a bar and a restaurant with view right over the lake. We provide a daily cleaning service and you can have access to the laundrette, equipped with washing machines and tumble dryers.
 
There are 6 apartments with shower for persons of reduced mobility. All our guests have a privileged access to the Restaurant "L'O". That offers a menu to suit all tastes: gourmet and light meals such as freshly barbecued meats and fish, tartars, and exciting salads. This restaurant is closed in winter. The hotel has a safe private parking, bicycle, scooter and car hire on the spot.
 
The Seminar Room: ideal for organizing productive business meetings, business meals, banquets, cocktails and presentations. Our multi-purpose room offers numerous opportunities it can host from 8 to 75 persons. Our 44 m² room is fully equipped with paper board with markers, overhead projector,  wi-fi access, individual sleeves with noting paper and pens, water bottles etc. On request we can rent for our guests large LCD screen and DVD player.
 
Fitness Center: In our center Fit Form we put at your disposal ciclettes, Sauna, Jacuzzi outside, massages.

Water Sports: We have a water ski school called Blue Bay, babyski, wake board,waterskiing, kayak, pédalo and fishing.

We have a bikeroad going from Annecy to Albertville passing by the résidence  so you can visit our region by doing some sport. In Annecy and their surroundings you will find: Cinéma, discothèques and the casino. The borders of the lake Annecy is also a mecca for gastronomic pleasure with renowned restaurants such as: Auberge de l'Eridan of Marc Veyrat in Veyrier de lac, Amandier in Chavoires, Auberge du Père Bise in Talloires, Le Clos des Sens in Annecy-le Vieux, Ciboulette, Atelier Gourmand in Annecy.

Culture: Musée de la cloche, Ecomusée Savoyard, visite du Château d'Annecy, Musée des Alpes miniatures, la route des Ducs de Savoie, Château de Montrottier, jardin des sens, Chemin du Calvaire à Duingt. the Chapel of Saint Germain, foundry of "Paccard de la cloche", the museum of Savoyard costumes, the "Gorges du Fier", boat tour on the lake, pewter factory, the museum of miniature Alps, the road of the Ducs de Savoie, the castle of Menthon Saint-Bernard.

Sports and Leisure: There are two 18 hole golf clubs, one in Giez à (7 km)and one in Talloires at (15 km). You can also practice paragliding, rafting, canyoning, cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, snow-shoe walking, tobogganing, helicopter skiing, adventure parks, cycling, roller skating, mini-golf, paint-ball, trampoline, archery, bowling in the surroundings.
