• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment, but it changes according to the number of persons.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included because all our apartements have a kitchen but you can order breakfast the day before (we propose a buffet).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The clients have to pay the stay at the arrival. All the extras will be payed at the end of the stay.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Italian, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 2 floors and in one part of our building there is an elivator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet and you do not have view on the other apartments. They all are romantic: there is overview on the lake and mountains, what could you ask more?
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All our apartements on the ground floor have a terrace, the others a balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All apartements on the 1st and 2nd floor have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, but we ask our guest to smoke on the balcony.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have TV in each apartement with French channels, and some international: one English, one German, one Italian and one Spanish.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, during summer we have air conditioning in our apartements , and it is without extra charges.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have a wi-fi at the lobby for our guests.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we are on the shore of the lake.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are a baker, and a newspaper and cigarette shop at 200 m. from the Baie de Voiles, the nearest supermarket is at 2 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Annecy Methet at 15 km, or Geneva at 60 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but buses come from Annecy every hour.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 100 m.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Annecy, at 10 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes.
• Are pets welcome?
  Little dogs.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have a restaurant called L'O open in summer otherwise there are restaurants at 250 m. from the Baie des Voiles.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
