- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, it's not included. There are two types of breakfast:
Our buffet breakfast is servedin the breakfast room with pasteries, bread, cereales, jam, chocolate, milk, tea, coffe... and upon request eggs, bacon...Or you can have our continental breakfast served in room. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, it is. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak English and French - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 3 floors without elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
There is a cottage which is a private flat with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with bath and shower and a private terrace. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
They are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
The cottage and the only room on the ground floor have. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, they do not. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we have. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, there is. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
There is air conditioning but there isn't any extra charge for this and it is not seasonal. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes, there is. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we have. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes, there is, it is opened during the summer. - Is parking or garage available?
Parking is available. - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car in L'Isle sur la Sorgue. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes, there is a supermarket at 5 minutes. - Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes, there are,for instance Chateauneuf du pape, Lubéron, Mont Ventoux wineyards. - Which is the nearest airport?
It is Avignon - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
We can sometimes make the shuttle. It has to be asked at the booking and we will notify if we are able to run this service on the day of your arrival. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
It is in Le Thor. - Which is the nearest railway station?
It is Caumont. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
Yes, there is. Massage is available on request. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, they are. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes, there is, we run a Table d'hotes service. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
