• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room based on a double occupancy. There is a surcharge for every extra bed.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A buffet breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are five floors and we do have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are private and quiet rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Every rooms have a terrace or a balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there are international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is. Every room has a direct number, so guests can receive or make calls without passing from the reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not but the Hotel is less than five minutes from the cleanest lake of Europe.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, public parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Annecy. We have an agreement with a rental company tha bring cars for our clients directly to the hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Annecy and Geneve.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Talloires.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Annecy, at about 8 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  We accept only clean and composed dogs with an extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
