- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per night, and per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes our continental breakfast is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak French, English, Spanish, Japanese and Italian. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
We have 1 floor and no lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All rooms are private but our caravans are maybe more romantic... - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes one rooms have. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
We have 5 rooms with balcony - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Our rooms are supposed to be non smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes there is satellite TV in all rooms. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
All rooms and caravans have air conditioning. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No we do not. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes there is. - Is parking or garage available?
Free uncovered parking is available in the property. We also have covered parking (extra charge). - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car in Aix en Provence. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes in Lourmarin. - Are there vineyards nearby?
yes there are, like the Domaine Tardieu Laurent - Which is the nearest airport?
It is Marseille Provence. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No we do not. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
It is in Lourmarin town center. - Which is the nearest railway station?
It is Aix En Provence TGV. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Yes they are (extra charge). - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes there is, this is the our most outstanding feature, with Reine Sammut in the kitchen. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
The rooms are equipped with WiFi, otherwise clients can also plug their modem.
