  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 8pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price of the room is from one to two guests, per room, per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is not included in the price. We offer a rich self-service buffet breakfast or in-room service.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Our guests usually settle their bill upon departure. However, you might make a pre-payment on your arrival, if you prefer.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak French and English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    La Peiriero has two floors and we do have an elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All rooms are spacious, quiet and have a simple and personalized Provenēal style.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Yes, some rooms do.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Yes, some rooms do.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    All rooms are non smoking. There are special areas for smokers in the restaurant.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    Yes, there is a Sat/TV with international channels in all rooms.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and free of charge.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not but we offer Internet wi-fi line everywhere in the hotel (included in the park). We propose also our guests to get connected at one of the office computers.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    The swimming pool is heated throughout the business season (April-October): you are welcome to use it according to the posted schedule and to enjoy relaxing on the deck-chairs around it.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    We have parking space which is closed at night.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Directly at the TGV Station in Avignon or at the Marseille-Marignane Airport.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, there are some supermarkets and grocery stores in Fontvieille.
  • Are there vineyards nearby?
    Yes, there are.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Nīmes-Arles-Camargue (40 km).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    If our guests wish to be picked up, we can arrange the transfer with an additional charge.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    There is a bus stop 1 min. far from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway is in Arles, 8 km away.
    The nearest TGV station is in Avignon, 18 km away.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not but with a supplement you can have some massages directly in the hotel.
  • Are pets welcome?
    We love pets; unfortunatly they are not welcome any longer at the hotel for hygiene reasons.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, there is.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can. We have both wi-fi access and traditional access through telephone line.
