• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breafast is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French, English, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is one floor and we do have an elevator.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are private and quiet rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have, but two wings of the buiding border a central courtyard ablaze with flowers, next to the swimming pool.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Satellite Tv in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have an Internet point and wi-fi connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a heated swimming pool, open from Easter onwards until the end of September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A small parking is available, but Tavers is a quiet and guests can park their car behind the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the petrol station "total" on the NR 152 in Tavers.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Orly at 150 km (1 hour and half drive).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do, on request.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Beaugency at 3 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
