• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our hearty continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and a bit of Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are very quiet, romantic and overlooking the garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, all rooms do have a private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Tv in each room but with French channels only.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is. It is open from May to October, depending on weather conditions.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is an ample parking at guests' disposal.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Arles.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest grocery store is at Saintes Maries de la Mer
  (3 km far from us).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Montpellier and Nîmes Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Arles railway station (40 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
