Stay > 3 nights, cancellation should be done 14 days before check in. Cancellation done: from 13 to 10 days before check in, the first night will be charged from 9 to 6 days: 60% of your stay will be charged. (limited to 5 nights max) from 5 days to check in: 100% of your stay is due.(limited to 5 nights max) Stay = or < 3 nights, 75% of your stay will be charged in case of cancellation later than 72 H to check in. In case of no show the total amount of your stay will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 360 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
