  No, the breakfast isn't included in the price of the room. The breakfast is a buffet.

  We have 32 room to share out 3 buildings and one of them have a lift. We have 2 buildings with 2 floors and 1 with 1 floor.

  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes 4 of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Every room is no smoking.

  Yes, satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
