 Originally, the traditional house where the hotel works now used to host a village café. In 1960, Mariette and Jean-Marie Baldinger acquired the property and opened a lodging, the café used to accommodate travellers in four bedrooms placed inside the house and a restaurant. The meals belonged to the Welsh and Alsatian cuisine, and you can still taste these wonderful recipes, because their son, Thierry, continues this legacy at the Le Faudé Country Cuisine. |
 Guests can taste dishes like "baeckeoffe", an Alsatian beef, lamb and pork hotpot, at two dining rooms that are part of the Le Faudé Country Cuisine: either the Stewala or the Le Grenier Welche. Then you may try another dining area, Le Faude Gourmet, which serves gastronomic cuisine. |
 Le Faudé features several wellness services such as hammam, solarium, Jacuzzi and a swimming pool. One of the three suites, fit to accommodate from 2 to 6 guests, also has a Jacuzzi at the bathroom and a baldaquine bed.
