- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check In from 2pm until 6pm, Check Out before 11am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, Breakfast is included. It's a French Breakfast. There is a degustation of our own fruits daily. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, for the night but if all of the house is rented, a n extra charge will be asked. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, if possible 30 % of the booking by transfer, and the balance due on arrival. For renting all of the house, a deposit is asked. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Just a little English and Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
We have a first floor with 3 rooms and a room in the 2nd floor without elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, rooms are quiet, private and romantic but nonsound-proofed, it is a private house. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, linens and towels are provided, the dressing gowns and the towels for the swimming pool as well. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, the rooms do not have a terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, the rooms do not have a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, it is forbidden to smoke in the rooms and in the house. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
No, there is no TV in the rooms. TV and hifi are in the living room at the disposal of all guests. For the satellite trnsmissions, it is possible to watch them on our premises or to record certain issues on requested. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No, there is no telephone in the rooms. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
There is air conditioning in the 'Les Oliviers Room'only and it is free of charge. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes, you can eat in the living room or in the Summer kitchen. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we have internet access on our computer, we are working on the possibility of putting wi-fi connection in all of the house. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes, there is a pool of 10mX5m and it is opened from Easter to October. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, Parking is available. - Where can we rent a car?
You may rent a car in Avignon or Cavaillon. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
There is a grocery at 1 km in the village of Cabrières d' Avignon. Supermarkets are located in the towns of Isle sur Sorgue at 10 kms or Cavaillon at 12 kms. - Are there vineyards nearby?
We are farmers thus we have the vineyard around the house as well as fruit trees, cherry trees and olive-trees, 10ha. Vin produit aoc, côtes du ventoux - Which is the nearest airport?
Avignon 20 kms environ ou Marignanne 60 kms environ - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
We always can will pickup yourselves at the station or with the airport but it is necessary to have a vehicle on the spot because we are in shift. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Cavaillon or Coustellet are about 1 km. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Gare de Cavaillon train station is about 12kms. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is no fitness center for the moment but a ping pong pool. - Are pets welcome?
Pets are possibly allowed on request and according to the size. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is no restaurant. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No, but we are working on it later on.
