• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast, not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  If you wish.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is no lift and we have 2 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We do have some quiet and romantic rooms over looking the garden, and in the winter time we can see the château of Amboise.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No the romms have no terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No the rooms have no balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a flat screen TV in each room with satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  You have a telephone in the room, you just need to dial 0 to get an outside line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  You have air-conditioning in all the rooms during all year, no extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes we have an internet point which is not free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have an outdoor heated swimming-pool in the middle of the garden. It will be opened at the end of April.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You can park your car in the property or on the municipal car park outside.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Amboise or at the train station of Saint-Pierre des Corps or Tours.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Tours (Saint-Symphorien) is the closest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No there is no shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Amboise town center is the nearest bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Amboise town center is the nearest railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not in the property but at 5 minutes there is a fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  You can bring your pets with you with a supplement.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No there is no restaurant in the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes we have WIFI access.
