By car: From Paris, take the A10 and then the exit 18, Chateau-Renault Amboise. Follow the signs towards the Chateau Royal (the Castle). Pass the Castle on your left and take the first street on the right (rue de la Tour). Go straight on to the square where you will see a public car park on your left. Go into the car park and then leave it to enter the driveway of the Manoir Saint Thomas.
