By Plane
Marseille Provence is the airport placed closer to the property: it welcomes both international and national flights, being the third air terminal in France, therefore you will surely find a connection. This airport stands around 78 kilometres from Gordes. Meanwhile, Avignon airport is placed way nearer, if you find a flight arriving here. This terminal is placed 30 kilometres from the lodging.
By Car
If you are driving from Marseille airport, it will take you around 1 hour 10 minutes to reach the property. You must pass the towns of Vitrolles and Rognac before taking highway A7/E714 direction "Aix-en-Provence/ Avignon/ Lyon" and get off at the exit 25 for Cavaillon. Take roads D99, D938, D22, N100 and turn left in D2. You must stay on this track, avoid entering Gordes and go on past Les Sauvestres and Les Cortasses. You will find the inn 9 kilometres after Gordes, as you make your way towards Saturnin D`Apt, in front of the Ochre cliffs, before the intersection with road D4.
If your plane lands in Avignon airport, or you rent a car at the TGV railway station, take roads N7, D973, D22, N100 and D2. Then follow the directions already described (40 minutes).
By Train
In order to reach Le Mas de Garrigon on public transport you will have to approach the closest railway stations -for the TGV trains, it is Avignon (approx. 40 kms), for the SNCF trains, it is Cavaillon (30 kms). If you get a connection landing in Paris, there are TGV train services departing from Gare de Lyon travelling to Avignon, which take around 3 hours. |
