  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 5pm until 8pm, Check Out before 11am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Yes, the price is per room and per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, the continental breakfast is available for an extra charge.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes. All rooms are air conditionned.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes you may settle the bill on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    French, English, German
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 2 levels (Ground floor and 1st floor). No elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Each room has it own decoration style, with private bathroom. The château itself is located in the middle of vineyard, in a quiet surrounding.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, linens and towels are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, but there is a garden and park around the building.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, the rooms have no balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    All rooms are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All rooms have TV with satellite channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, the rooms have all a direct dialling phone.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, all rooms are air conditionned. No extra charge.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is a common dining room.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, a computer with Internet access is provided in the billard room at free of charge. Otherwise, there is a wireless connection network in the building.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes, a natural swimming pool, opened all day.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, there is a parking lot available.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    In Libourne TGV train station, Bordeaux or airport.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, Saint Emilion is just 1 km away. Libourne 4 km.
  • Are there vineyards nearby?
    Yes, we are in the middle of vineyards.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport is about 45 kms.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, Taxi is available.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    There is a bus stop in Saint Emilion (1 km).
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    There is a train station in Saint Emilion (1.5 km) and a TGV train in Libourne (10 km).
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No. Guests can use the swimming pool or jogging in the vineyard.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, unfortunately pets are not allowed.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No. Cold plate can be arranged in advance. Otherwise, Saint Emilion is just a kilometre away.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, our guests can use the wireless network.
