 The restaurant at Le Verger des Chateaux, "La Table du Verger" serves gastronomic recipes but also has a traditional menu: all in all, it serves both French and traditional cuisine. For breakfast, a continental buffet is offered containing tea, coffee, chocolate, eggs, viennoseries, fruit salad, cheese, baguettes, fruits, nutella and confitures. |
 You could even arrange for a half or full pension. The hotel has several areas where to take a rest after a day at the vineyards: they are really cosy ambiances where wood seems to prevail. There is also a seminars room that can accommodate up to 140 people: it is equipped with screens, TV and other devices. |

 Sélestat is placed only 7 kilometres from the inn and it is a delightful destiny in the French Alsace, featuring the Humanist Library, one of the most important in medieval literature in the whole country, and dozens of charming old houses from past centuries. The Haut-Koenigsbourg castle -placed 12 kms west of Sélestat- was constructed in the 12th century at a height of 700 metres. It was called Staufenberg at the beginning, and it would serve as a strategic high point from where to control movement in the routes of the Alsace. The fortress has been a National palace since the signing of the Treaty of Versailles in 1919. |
