By Plane
The airports placed closer to the property are the international one serving Strasbourg -placed 10 kms from this city in a town known as Entzheim- and the European Bale-Mulhouse airport. The Strasbourg terminal, located 41 kms from Le Verger des Chateaux (35 minutes driving), welcomes flights from Italy, France, Brussels, Vienna and Madrid on a regular basis. Bale-Mulhouse airport is placed 96 kms from the inn (1 hour driving): this terminal receives connections from Paris, Prague, Amsterdam, and many other cities in Europe.
By Car
If your flight arrives in Strasbourg Airport, take roads D221 and D400, turn right in road A35 in the direction Saint-Dié/Colmar/Molsheim. Get off at exit 9 for Saint-Dié-des-Vosges/Mulhouse/Colmar and at the roundabout, go along the second exit into D1422. You will come to a new roundabout, where you must join A35 again and take exit 13 for "EPFIG/ MITTELBERGHEIM/ ZELLWILLER/ BARR-ZONE ARTISANALE". Continue along D210 and you will reach a town called Dambach-la-Ville. Here turn left in D35 and take Route Principale, already in Dieffenthal. At the end of this track you will find the property, on 2 Route Romaine.
If your plane lands in Bale-Mulhouse airport, you will have to pass Basel, in Switzerland, and get back into France. Continue along A35/E25 and get off at the exit for "N83/ NANCY/ SAINT-DIÉ/ STRASBOURG/ SÉLESTAT". Stay on road E25 up to exit 17 "NANCY/ SAINT-DIÉ/ SAINTE-MARIE-AUX-MINES/ VILLÉ/SÉLESTAT-OUEST". Continue along D424 and at the roundabout, go along the fourth exit into N59. You will the town of Chatenois before joining D35. As you approach Dieffenthal, take your left into Route Principale.
By Train
If your plane lands in Strasbourg Airport, the best way to reach the hotel is by taking the trains reaching the station in central Strasbourg (14 minutes trip, approx.), and afterwards a connection to Sélestat. Once in this town placed 7 kilometres from Le Verger, get on the buses coming to Dieffenthal.
From Bale-Mulhouse airport, you should take the buses to the train stations at Basel (20 minutes) or Mulhouse. Sélestat is a stop at the rail network connecting Strasbourg-Colmar-Mulhouse, so it will be easy to find a connection. |
