 Two lovely and spacious dining rooms are available for all our guests, well equipped with air conditioning, where you will taste the local cuisine with its typical dishes. They have a marvelous view on the Loire river and over the countryside. Le Choiseul boasts a 15th century terrace garden, where you can relax and stroll during your free time. In this marvelous setting, an open air heated swimming pool is available for all our guests and it is open from the 1st May to the 30th September. Bicycles on hire available directly at the reception. |
 The staff will be delighted to help you during your stay. An Internet point is at guests' disposal close to the reception, plus a bar, where you can sip a drink after a strong day spent in the region. Every morning we serve a rich continental breakfast, if you are interested. Our cellar holds more than 15,000 bottles, so that you can taste a good glass of wine.  In the restaurant, overlooking the river or the gardens, the "cuisine" is light, delicate, subtly local and has won commendations in the guides. Pascal Bouvier, "the head chef", is not seduced by the gentle "nonchalance" of the Garden of France but combines the products of the region with great sensitivity. Le Choiseul offers you 2 rooms seating 30 and 100 people overlooking the lime trees. Two rooms, the largest of which can accommodate up to 200 people, are also available for Cocktails and special events. |

When you are in Amboise, you can not miss to visit the marvelous castle, Le Clos Lucé - Leonardo Da Vinci and La Pagode de Chanteloup.
