  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 3.30pm until 7pm, Check Out before 11am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is not included, we have a wide choice of individual items "a la carte" so there is a selection for all ages, tastes and budgets or fixed price combination menus.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can, but we prefer on departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    French, English and German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There is just one floor, but we do not have an elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    There are quiet and romantic rooms with garden views.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Some rooms do have terraces and overlook the heated swimming pool.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they do not have.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do, because all rooms are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There is a TV in our "veranda", but not in rooms.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there is not air conditionning, but not needed with old country manor walls and countryside breezes.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not have.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    There is a heated outdoor swimming pool open in season, approximately from April to October (depending on weather).
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Plenty of free parking available.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Any town, Amboise or Tours...
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Closest shops in Amboise.
  • Are there vineyards nearby?
    Vineyards all around Le Fleuray, closest only 5min drive.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Tours Val de Loire.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not have, but taxis are available by request.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Amboise.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Amboise.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, they are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, there is a delightful restaurant and garden terrace offering excellent cuisine.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can if you have appropriate adaptor.
