• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our continental breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Some rooms have 2 floors but there are no lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the hotel is quiet. All rooms have different decoration but all are very romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We do have 5 rooms with private terrace and 5 suites with private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, we do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a Sat/Tv with some international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is. It is free of charge. We have an air conditioning system in summer and heating in winter.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have an Internet Point at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool open from May to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a spacious parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Avignon airport, Arles, Marseille Marignane airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are some grocery stores and supermarkets within 2 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  There are a lot of vineyards all around the Alpilles called "Les Baux de Provence".
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Avignon AVN Caumont airport(25 km), Nîmes-Arles-Camrague airport (35 km) Marseille Marignane airport (55 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There are no bus stops nearby.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Arles (16 km) for local lines, Avignon TGV railway station for international lines (25 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not, but we can provide our guests with massages treatments by appointment.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is no restaurant in the hotel but we serve light meals at lunch only by reservation. This service is reserved only for our guests.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
