| Cancellation Policy | |
TO CONFIRM THE BOOKING, 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged on your credit card. If the reservation is cancelled more than 7 days before the arrival date, the hotel will refund the deposit. (less 15 EUR for Set-up fees) If the reservation is cancelled between 7 and 1 day before the guests arrival, the hotel will keep the deposit If the reservation is cancelled the arrival date, one night will be charged on your credit card and the hotel will keep the deposit.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 168 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
