 Our restaurant offers an unique view over the valley. Our chef Jean Noel Lumineau (maitre cuisinier de France) proposes a creative cuisine based on local products (fish from the river, boeuf Maine Anjou ...), in association with excellent local wines (Saumur Champigny, Coteaux du Layon...). The restaurant is open every day for lunch and dinner. For lunch on Mondays to Saturdays, 2 menus are proposed: formule "Prieure" (main course and dessert or first course and main course) and formule "Découverte" (first course, main course, and dessert). For dinner and for lunch on Sundays, our Carte Le Castellane offers a large choice of dishes including vegetarian food and 3 different menus. |
 The bar, overlooking the river, is open every day from midday to midnight to enjoy a drink in the afternoon or a cocktail before your dinner. A nice terrace to take your breakfast during summer or a light lunch from Monday to Saturday is available for all our guests, plus a business corner to check your e-mail. Some outdoor activities, available in the park, are a tennis court, bicycles, badmington, ping pong, pétanque and mini golf. An outdoor heated swimming pool is open during summer season. |
 The hotel has a private outdoor parking. During summer, we organize as well some concerts on the terrace, and during winter some thematic evenings. We will be delighted to organize your seminar in one of our meeting rooms. Two meeting rooms up to 40 people are available.
Banquet and cocktail: Le Prieure offers you the possibility to organize a cocktail, a lunch or a dinner for 160 people in our restaurant facing the river.

| Visit the Mushroom museum, "musée du champignon", in a strange and mysterious atmosphere and all the secrets of mushroom culture will be revealed. National horse riding school of Saumur is only at about 5 km. You will enter into the realm of the horse within a prestigious school unique in the world. The castle of Montsoreau is only 20 km away. This castle was built in the 15th century and made famous by Alexandre Dumas. This building is part residence, part fortress and was originally built with towers at each corner. Wine roads with the discover of the Anjou and Saumur wines, wines of sheer pleasure are available from the castle. The wine route takes visitors through a multitude of surprising and delightful aspects through the riverbank villages. |
