• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room. All taxes and services are included.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included and it is a buffet breakfast served in the restaurant.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill is settled on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and we do not have the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet and private rooms.

  Some rooms do have a terrace.

  Yes, there is: dial 0 to get an outside line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.

  Yes, we do have at the reception desk.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a heated outdoor swimming pool and is open during summer.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A private outdoor parking is available in the castle.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Saumur - we can help you to rent a car.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest supermarkets are in Saumur (7km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are: Saumur is in the heart of the Saumur Champigny and Coteaux du Layon. Many wine cellars are around Le Prieuré and open all year around.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nantes, 120 km or Tours, 70 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have, but a taxi can be booked on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In the village of Chenehutte.
• Which is the nearest railway station?

  No, there is not.

  Yes, they are welcome in the hotel and the restaurant with no charge.
