• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you may settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All the rooms as well as the breakfast room are on the same level.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of our rooms are quiet and tastefuly decorated.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are supplied.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, all of our rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there is no balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes,all of our rooms are non smoking only.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all of our rooms have a Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no telephone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no airconditionning in our rooms because they are naturally cool even in summer.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a summer kitchen where people can cook and dine together.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We are working on its installation.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a swimming pool 14mX7m, open from 8.30am to 8.30pm.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Un large parking is provided.
• Where can we rent a car?
  dans les gares d'aix en Provence, d'Avignon, ainsi que dans les aéroports; mais aussi à Pertuis
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are grocery stores in the village and also a supermarket at 4kms.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, vineyards are all aroun our property.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marseille international airport is the nearest one.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have a shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Pertuis is the closest bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Aix en Provence and Avignon are the closest ones.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center in the property.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are accepted after our agreement(big animals are not allowed).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No,there are no modem connection from the rooms.
