  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday.

  The price is per room on a basis of 2 people.

  The breakfast is included in the price. It is a French breakfast with croissants.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is, all charges are included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The suite are very quiet and so romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are included.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is, with some satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Only in the Imperial Suite.

  No, there is not, but you are in a medieval city with many restaurants all arround accessible on foot.

  No, we do not, but there is an Internet café nearby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You can park all around the poperty.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Libourne at 6 km.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  You have many shops in the village.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  You are in the middle of the vineyards of Saint-Emilion.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Bordeaux airport at 35 km or 40 mn.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.

  It in the village of Saint Emilion.

  It is Saint Emilion's or Libourne's.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only very small well behaved dogs are accepted.

  No, there is not.
