  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.

  The price is per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Of course you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes we have, please ask and we will advise you.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is and it is at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have a small swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is, we have some garages spaces available. Please ask when booking. (extra charge)
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent it at Monptellier Airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Montpellier Mediterranée.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not run a shuttle service on our own.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is at Aigues Mortes train station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Aigues Mortes train station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are (extra charge).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there are 2 restaurants in the property: Les Templiers and La Guiguette.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, there is not.
