Access to and parking in Aigues Mortes for visitors is not immediately apparent but we telephoned the hotel and were well directly and warmly received. ... We ate in the hotel the first night and had a superb meal. The wine list is put together with great love and interest by the host. A number of people we had reason to meet in the town suggested Les Templiers as a good place to eat not knowing we were staying there. ... Quirky, funky and absolutely charming.
