- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 9.30pm, Check Out before 11.30am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Price is per room for 1 or 2 persons. Some rooms are equipped with a sofa bed or extra bed available for an extra fee. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is not included in the price. It is a buffet breakfast.
- Can we settle the bill on arrival?
You can pay the bill when you arrive, during your stay or on your check out.
- Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
We have 2 floors with elevator (lift). - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, all rooms are quiet and have private bathroom and toilets.
- Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, rooms do not have terrace or balcony.
- Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, rooms do not have terrace or balcony.
- Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
All the rooms are no smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, all rooms have flat screen TV with international channels (English, German, Spanish, Italian). - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, rooms have direct telephone and if you have a computer with modem it is possible to surf the Internet from your room, free of charge. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, all rooms have individual air conditioning, it is seasonal and free of charge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, in the lobby we have a computer with Internet connection. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not a swimming pool in the Hotel. But at 5 minutes walk from the hotel, there is a public open-air swimming pool, available during summer. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, there is free enclosed private parking. Each room has a car park. - Where can we rent a car?
It is possible to rent a car down town. - Which is the nearest airport?
Tours International Airport at 25 Km (20 minutes drive).

Yes, in advance and request with an extra charge. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?

Amboise. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, the hotel do not have a fitness center, but at 5 minutes drive from the hotel there is a health club. - Are pets welcome?
No, the hotel does not accept pets. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, the hotel do not have a restaurant, but we can suggest restaurants. It is possible to consult some menus of local restaurants at the front desk. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can.
