  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room. However, all our rooms are based on a 2 guests stay. The price for extra beds is per person.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Our continental breakfast is served in the garden in summer time, in the living-room or delivered in your room between 8 am and 12 am. It is not included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    We would prefer you settling the bill when leaving.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    French, English ans Spanish are spoken at the reception.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Both buildings are 2 storey ones (ground floor and first one). No lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms are absolutely quiet and romantic!
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Room n. 1 has a private terrace by the pool, while rooms 6 and 7 have terraces with a garden view.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Room n. 1 has a private terrace by the pool, while rooms 6 and 7 have terraces with a garden view.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do. All our rooms are non-smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    Yes, there is a cable TV with national channels only in all rooms.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Direct dialling telephones in all rooms.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Air conditioning is in every rooms, it is seasonal and included in the price.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not but we offer wi-fi access.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    We have an outdoor swimming pool which is not heated. It is open all year round.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    A free and secure car park is available. Just phone on arrival and we will open you the door.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car at the train station or aks the reception.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Nimes airport (30 km). It has many connections with low cost companies whilst Marseille-Marignane (80 km) is the biggest airport where all airlines have connections.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus stop is about 200 meters.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The railway station is about 2 km.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    There is a spa with Sauna, Hammam, massages and treatments on reservations.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Small, quiet and well behaved dogs/cats are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, there is but meals are served only by reservation.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    You can surf the Internet either by traditional line or wireless.
