- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room and per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, our continental breakfast (with fresh orange juices, home-made style jam, mini pastries and on request ham, cheese, eggs...) is not included. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak French and English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
On both buildings, there is 1 floor and no lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Our superior rooms are very cozy. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Our rooms on the first floor have a terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No they do not have. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No we do not, but please precise on booking and we will make extra efforts to have all cigarette smell disappear!! - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes there is, with satellite channels and private French channel Canal+. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes there is and there is no extra charge for that. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No we do not, but on request, guests can use our PC connected to internet at the reception. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes there is, it is opened sa long as the weather allows it. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes it is. - Where can we rent a car?
In Apt, or ask at the reception. We are also occasionally driving our guests to places on request. Please ask. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes, in Apt. - Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes there are, when you drive in direction of Luberon, you will find the first vineyards at only 15 minutes away. - Which is the nearest airport?
It is Avignon Caumont and Marseille Provence. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Our guests can either rent a car, or ask us to come and pick them up (again it is subject to availability). - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
It is in Apt. - Which is the nearest railway station?
It is Avignon TGV. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, they are. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes there is, we have an excellent chef cooking Provencal and French dishes. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes they can, through the phone plug and the whole property is covered by WI-FI.
