  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Spoken languages at the reception are : english, french and spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There is no elevator (lift ) but the apartment is on the first floor.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    The apartment is very quiet, and the area very romantic.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Bed linens and towel are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    The apartment has its own private garden equiped with table, chairs.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    The apartment has no balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    The apartment is a non smoking place.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There is a TV with 110 channels, half of them are international.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there is no air conditioning but fans.

  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is no swimming pool in the property, there is one one mile away.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Parking is available for free.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    It is possible to rent a car one mile away from the apartment.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Lyon Saint Exupéry.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Private shuttle service is available from and to the airport.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus-stop is 150 meters from the apartment, bus N° 40 goes direct to Lyon City Center.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station is Lyon Part Dieu, 3 miles away from the apartment.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No fitness center in the property but there is a very fine one mile away from the apartment.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Pets are welcome if they are not noisy and very well educated.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    There is no restaurant in the property, but Lyon City is famoos for its very high quality of food.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
