• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 9pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included (bakery, bread, butter, marmalade, fresh squeezed orange juice, organic yogurts, Parm ham and cheese, fresh fruits).
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors, we do not have elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet and private and have view over the garden.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen, towels, bathrobe and slippers are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Room Diègue has a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Rooms are installed with materials that do not catch tobacco odor.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV channels in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Outgoing calls are direct but not the incoming ones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a dining room where we organise dinners on request from 2 to 25 people.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Free car parking space on request.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the Airport or at the Station.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Mérignac Airport, 10 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Bordeaux Saint Jean, 5 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there is one 5 minutes away.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, on request.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, free Internet access in all rooms.
