  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 6pm, Check Out before midday.

  The price is per room per day.

  No, our buffet breakfast is not included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors including the ground floor, and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all our rooms are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is Sat. TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is, but you need to book diner in advance.

  Yes, we have a business center with 2 computer with Internet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are, in Restigné and Bourgueil.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, of course!

  It is Angers Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.

  It is Bourgueil.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, since 2008 there is a SPA Hammam and a gym.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, we are sorry they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we have a table d'hotes system for which you need to book in advance.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
