- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes. Large buffet breakfast including fresh pastries (viennoiseries), fresh breads, homemade jams, fresh seasonal fruits, fresh juice fruit, cereals, selection of eggs (fried, scrambled, coddle, poached...), hams, cheeses, selection of teas and freshly brewed coffee. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, heating is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you may settle the bill on arrival if requested. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
French, English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
All bedrooms are on the ground floor, with a few steps at the entrance of each of them, except for the Salonenque room which has disabled access (NB: no steps to access room but two steps inside to access shower and toilets). - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, we have absolutely quiet and romantic rooms. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Of course, all linens and towels provided (including bath towels for the swimming pool), which are changed every two days. A different sun bed mattress isallocated on arrival for each person so maximum hygiene is insured. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes, the rooms have a terrace except for one (Picholine). - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, the rooms do not have a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
All the rooms are strictly non smoking (smoking allowed outdoors). - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
No, there is no TV. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No, but possibility to make calls from owner's landline with a purshased phone card. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
No, but the rooms are naturally well insulated from both the heat and cold thanks to deep walls. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes, a "table d'hôtes" with home made three courses dinner at communal table is organised three times per week. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, Wi-fi is available. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes, there is a pool of 16 x 8 metres. Open at all times (although not heated from October to May). - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, shaded parking is available. - Where can we rent a car?
Cavaillon is the nearest town where to rent a car (10 kms), or in Marseille and Avignon, the nearest airports and TGV stations. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes, grocery store, butcher and baker in the village of Ménerbes, with supermarkets situated 10 kms from the house (Cavaillon or Apt). - Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes, the house is surrounded by vineyards with producers selling directly. - Which is the nearest airport?
Avignon and Marseilles are the nearest airports(large selection of companies). - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not have a shuttle service but discounted taxi fares can be organised. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Les Beaumettes (2 kms) is the closest bus stop. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Cavaillon (national railway)and Avignon (TGV- International from London). - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
Sauna is available inside the property. - Are pets welcome?
No, pets are not allowed because of allergies. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, but there is a "table d'hôtes" three evenings per week(homemade meals with three courses, aperitif and wine included) as well as the possibility to order à la carte starters and simple main courses for lunch or dinner from the hostess. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, there is a wi-fi connection in the house.
