- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price per room per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No it isn't. Our buffet breakfast served outside (when wether permits) or in the breakfast room includes eggs, cereals, honey, compotes, marmalades, brioches, juices,cheese, ham and so on. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak French, English, German, Spanish and a bit Italian. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Rooms are spread onto 3 buildings. The main building have 2 floors and no elevator. The other buildings are built on the ground floor. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
The Tower Room, with its little private terrace is more romantic. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Some, have terraces. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, they have not. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No, we have not. All rooms are smoking/non smoking rooms. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes there is, and we have some international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, we have. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Customers can access the internet at the reception (service on request, Internet is our work instrument....).
- Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes, there is, opened from April to October. - Is parking or garage available?
Private parking is free of charge. - Where can we rent a car?
Ask the reception. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
You will need to go to Arles at 3 kms. - Are there vineyards nearby?
There are Chateau d'Estoublon wineyards at 10 kms. - Which is the nearest airport?
It is Nimes Garons. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, there is not. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
It is at 3 km away. - Which is the nearest railway station?
It is Arles. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Pets on arrangement, bear in mind that we have on site 3 dogs and 7 cats! - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No, you can not.
