  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 11.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is included in our prices: it's a breakfast with a buffet (hot beverage, typical French viennoiserie, bread , home-made cakes, cheese, fresh orange juice, home-made jams, butter, cooked fruits and fruits of the season, pork-butchery, yogurth, corn flakes...
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, it is.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can, but our guests usually settle their bill upon departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There is only one floor and we do not have an elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms are different in size and view. Some rooms are the really nice and very romantic.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Linens and towels are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Some of the rooms do have a terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Only one room does have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do, because all our rooms are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    Yes, there is, but there are not international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is and it is included in the price.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is and you can have your dinner with us, and the menu is changed all days.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we do, at the reception desk.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes, there is a swimming pool, open from April to September and it is not heated.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    A spacious parking is available for our guests.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car in Montélimar (17 km) or if you want at the TGV Avignon station.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, there are, Montélimar has several supermarkets or grocery stores.
  • Are there vineyards nearby?
    Yes, there are, Mas de Fanny is in the heart of the vineyards of the slopes of the tricastin (AOC).
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest national airport is Marseille Marignane at 160 km.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we don't have a shuttle service, our guests have to take a taxi or rent a car.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    In Saint de Provence center.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station (TGV) is in Avignon, 77 km.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, they are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, there is a restaurant in our property.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you can not at the moment.
