• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our Continental buffet (hot drinks served at table) is not included in the price. You can also have your breakfast served in your room (free rooms service).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can. You will just need to settle the extras upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All rooms are on the groundfloor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All rooms have a private terrace opening on the pine grove.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  There are non smoking and smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite TV with International Channels: English , Italian and Gernan.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes,there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there is (free of charge).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes there is.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes there is an outdoor swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The parking is private and closed with a digicode.
• Where can we rent a car?
  in Aix. Please ask reception if you need a hand...
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Saint Cannat.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes there are, in Saint Cannat, Lambesc, Eguilles.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Marseille Provence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is in Saint Cannat village center, outside the village council.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Aix en Provence TGV.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes they are (extra charge). We also serve pets food (extra charge).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The restaurant is open all year long, for lunch and for dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
